不銹鋼門(mén)套線(xiàn)包邊的做法

The method of stainless steel door frame wire edge wrapping

一.用沖擊電鉆在門(mén)4周大洞眼,并插入木楔。

1、 Use an impact drill to drill a large hole around the door and insert a wooden wedge.

二.將一五厘大芯板(或者夾板)靠墻側進(jìn)行防潮處理(刷光油二遍后在貼珍珠棉)。用釘校訂固定后,再用鐵釘加固。門(mén)套線(xiàn)條打底用九厘夾板。打底夾板外側用實(shí)木線(xiàn)條收口。合頁(yè)位置加板襯固或者封兩層一五厘大芯板。

2、 Apply moisture-proof treatment to the side of the 15mm large core board (or plywood) against the wall (apply two coats of varnish before applying pearl cotton). After fixing with nails, reinforce with iron nails. Use a 9mm plywood to base the door frame lines. Close the outer side of the bottom plywood with solid wood lines. Add a board lining or seal two layers of a 15mm large core board at the hinge position.

三.門(mén)套與門(mén)扇相合的地方到進(jìn)門(mén)邊的側面用九厘夾板做止口板,止口深度與門(mén)的厚度相同。

3、 Use a 9mm plywood as a stop plate from the point where the door frame meets the door leaf to the side of the entrance door, with the depth of the stop plate being the same as the thickness of the door.

四.面板用白乳膠涂勻后貼于打第大芯板及止口板上,并用不銹鋼蚊釘適量加固。

4、 Apply white latex evenly to the panel, then stick it onto the second core board and stop plate, and reinforce it with stainless steel mosquito nails in an appropriate amount.

五.門(mén)套線(xiàn)條寬度1般為六0—八0.厚度八.

六.廚衛門(mén)套線(xiàn)條里側用不銹鋼(啞光)線(xiàn)條為好。

6、 It is better to use stainless steel (matte) lines on the inner side of the kitchen and bathroom door frames.

七.門(mén)套及門(mén)窗套垂直、水平誤差不超過(guò)二(二m以上不超過(guò)三)對于角線(xiàn)誤差不超過(guò)三(二m以上不超過(guò)五).

7、 The vertical and horizontal errors of door and window frames shall not exceed two (no more than three for a distance of two meters), and the errors of corner lines shall not exceed three (no more than five for a distance of two meters)

八.門(mén)套雙側墻與門(mén)套之間距離在門(mén)套線(xiàn)條不能壓住接縫時(shí),宜先用水泥沙漿掛鋼釘封平(用板定模灌漿)干燥后方可封板打第,在門(mén)套線(xiàn)條能壓住接縫時(shí)可用板封龍骨結構。

8、 When the distance between the walls on both sides of the door frame and the door frame cannot press the joint with the door frame line, it is advisable to first use cement mortar to hang steel nails for sealing (using plate fixed mold grouting) and dry before sealing the board. When the door frame line can press the joint, the board can be used to seal the keel structure.

九.單面門(mén)套用九厘板打底(凸窗應注意窗簾位置)。其他與雙面門(mén)套同。入戶(hù)大門(mén)可封單邊實(shí)木線(xiàn)條門(mén)套。

9、 Single sided door frames should be bottomed with a 9mm board (attention should be paid to the position of curtains for protruding windows). Other items are the same as double-sided door frames. The entrance door can be sealed with single-sided solid wood line door frames.

一0.窗套不宜包臺面,臺面用大理石鋪貼(防盜網(wǎng)宜在窗套面板封后制作)。單面門(mén)套:在原來(lái)有門(mén)的基礎上起裝潢作用,不起經(jīng)受門(mén)的氣力。

10. The window cover should not cover the countertop, and the countertop should be paved with marble (the anti-theft net should be made after the window cover panel is sealed).
