1、 Installation method for elevator door frames:

1.將廳門(mén)處門(mén)洞進(jìn)行處理。廳門(mén)處一般是安裝石材覆蓋在表面。石材在安裝前要進(jìn)行表面處理，保持清潔和干燥度，含水率要小于8%。

1. Handle the door opening at the hall door. The hall door is usually covered with stone on the surface. Stone should undergo surface treatment before installation to maintain cleanliness and dryness, with a moisture content of less than 8%.

2.用來(lái)安裝門(mén)套的石材應該保持花紋、顏色的一致性。所以要進(jìn)行仔細甄選，避免出現嚴重的色差和花紋差異性。每一層的所有電梯門(mén)套石材都要保持統一性。

2. The stone used for installing door frames should maintain consistency in pattern and color. So careful selection is necessary to avoid serious color and pattern differences. All elevator door frames on each floor must have consistent stone materials.

3.正式安裝石材之間，再將石材做一次徹底清理，結構部分不能留有渣質(zhì)，表面無(wú)積灰污垢。然后用墨線(xiàn)彈出水平線(xiàn)和垂直線(xiàn)。

3. Before formally installing the stone, thoroughly clean the stone again. The structural parts should not have any residue, and the surface should be free of accumulated dust and dirt. Then use ink lines to pop out horizontal and vertical lines.

4.根據彈出的線(xiàn)條位置，使用鉆機在需要打孔處打孔?？籽鄣闹睆揭话闶?mm左右，深度是12mm左右。按照施工標準，每塊石板上、下面都要打孔眼，位于石板中間位置。

5.將膨脹螺栓固定在墻面上，然后將角架固定好，再將掛件安裝在角架上。

6.角架和掛件安裝好之后，進(jìn)行石材開(kāi)槽工序。將石材固定在掛件上時(shí)使用專(zhuān)用的大理石膠，黏結好之后反復壓幾次，確定不會(huì )脫落。

After the installation of the corner bracket and hanging parts, proceed with the stone slotting process. When fixing the stone on the pendant, use a special marble adhesive. After bonding, press it repeatedly several times to ensure that it does not fall off.

7.安裝好之后的電梯門(mén)套應該做到光面平整，立面垂直，接縫平直，接縫寬度的偏差不能超過(guò)2mm。

8.電梯門(mén)套全部安裝完之后，將表面石材做一次清理工作，即可投入使用。

1、墻面所用石材的種類(lèi)、大小、性能和等級，應該符合的規定等級。

1. The type, size, performance, and grade of stone used on the wall should comply with the national regulations.

2、墻面對大理石的色澤、立面分格、花色、花紋和圖案應符合要求。
